1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Undertone website and service, provided by Undertone Research Ltd. By creating an account or using Undertone you agree to them.

2. Not investment advice

Undertone summarises and compares information published by companies. It does not give investment, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for your own investment decisions and for checking sources before relying on them.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for the people you invite to your workspace. Keep your login details safe and tell us right away if you think your account has been misused.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. Trials end after 14 days and are not charged automatically.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t resell or redistribute Undertone content outside your organisation, try to access data you’re not entitled to, or use the service to break any law or market rule.

6. Content and sources

Source documents belong to the companies that published them. Summaries, briefs and analysis created by Undertone are licensed to you for internal use while your subscription is active.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll email workspace admins at least 30 days before it takes effect.
