What we collect

Your name, work email, firm and role, billing details for paid plans, your watchlists and notes, and usage data about how the product performs.

What we use it for

To run the service, deliver your briefs, support you, and improve the product. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Training

Your watchlists, notes and questions are never used to train Undertone or third-party AI models.

Where your data is stored

In the EU or the US, depending on the region chosen for your workspace. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors we need to run the service (hosting, email delivery, payments), under data processing agreements. A list of processors is available on request.

How long we keep it

While your account is active, and for 30 days after it closes, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from Settings or by emailing privacy@undertone.ai. If you’re in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
